Park Terrace - First major brick development of its kind in St Kilda (HR pg 46) Subsequently another terrace was built alongside
' Gloucester Terrace - Recorded in the Rate Book of 1858 as consisting of 9 ten roomed houses though in 1860 it was corrected to 10 houses
