A residence built in the Renaissance Revival style for Thomas and Margaret Alston. It was later used as a boarding house for St Michael's Grammar School students.

Named in the 1870s after the place where owner Isabella Pennock Pierce was born - Woonsocket, Providence Rhode Island. It was later purchased by the Hallenstein family.

Site was subdivided from Crown Allotment 5, purchased by Sir James Frederick Palmer (1803-1871)

An Indian bungalow with large verandah and extensive bay views, Rajpootana was built by William Walker, an Anglo-Indian journalist.

This site was created by the subdivision of Crown Allotment 7 into three sections, following Andrew Kirkpatrick's purchase of Acadia Cottage from the estate of Thomas Jackson in 1880.

The site formed part of Crown Allotment 7 and was purchased by Alfred Kirkpatrick in ca. 1880.

Graylings was one of a series of mansions located opposite AMelbourne Mansions Database, 

lma Park. SKHS has recently been provided with an image of the original mansion and information about its female inhabitants at the turn of the century.
