Participants joined local historian Maureen Walker for an early evening walk around the St Kilda foreshore to learn how St Kilda celebrated the end of World War I and how local veterans were welcomed home.

Members and guests attended a presentation by Daniela Riachi on the life and work of Carlo Catani (1852-1918), whose projects included the St Kilda foreshore reclamation, Catani Gardens, Memorial Arch, Elwood Canal, and many other works across Victoria.
